Rosseto’s Terms and Conditions:
• Restocking fee will be assessed and determined upon inspection of the returned items.
• 15% Restocking fee for UNUSED merchandise, in ORIGINAL packaging, returned WITHIN 30 DAYS of ship date.
• 50% Restocking fee if returned USED, DAMAGED, WITHOUT ORIGINAL PACKAGING, or AFTER 30 DAYS from ship date.
• Returns are NOT ACCEPTED AFTER 60 DAYS from ship date.
• Shipping and Handling is NOT REFUNDABLE.

Return Instructions:
• Items must be shipped to the location specified at the time of authorization.
• Returns must have RA # on the return label Attn field.
•Tracking information must be forwarded to customerservice@rosseto.com with the RA# as the subject line.
• Items must be returned within 15 days from issuance of RA#.
***Return Instructions must be followed in order for a refund to be issued***
Damaged Product:
If you have received damaged product, it must be reported to Customer Service within 7 days of receipt. Please hold damaged product in its original packaging for 15 business days in order to allow the carrier to do any needed inspections.
